Yay! Another request from Shanen Opolis! It's a parking garage which will serve as a high density commercial building. No need to go around and plop them everywhere, they will just grow as an usual commercial building (level 3, size 3x3)!

@meathammerllc you didn't either apparently - Sim City 4: Rush Hour, where parking garages improved efficiency of nearby public transit? It's a service building, not a growable.

Why not just make it ploppable like literally every other parking garage on the workshop? This is odd and overly complicated. Nice asset though for sure.

@whitehorn: Make sure you plop it down on a dark blue commercial zone and that other shops in that area are level 3 as well, else it will despawn yes.

For some odd reason the page for your other mods wont load up, anyways is it at all possible to do growable utilities? and transports. If you could you'll be a CS hero.
