oko fleet [shipset]

Description
Second attempt to spaceships. Sloppy and dirty. Not looking very good but it looks like shipset and kinda playble, I hope.
Oko have unique weird ships, And I has idea to make some weird organicish spaceships for them . Thats it



it uses dof_shader (http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=505348416) for glow, I stealed it from library and embeded it as copy. If autors will be very unhappy about it I can switch to default one. I just, personally, hate when mods have dependences.

I believe you can update it yourself if you just go into "Edit Mod" in game.
- In the "modinfo.txt" tab click the dropdown next to "Compatibility" and select 200.
- Click "Open Directory" and go to data/empires
- Edit "presets.txt" and add the follow to the bottom and save:
Preset: Heralds
Name: #RACE_HERALDS
Tagline: #RACE_HERALDS_TAGLINE
Lore: #RACE_HERALDS_LORE
Portrait: emp_portrait_heralds
Shipset: Vectur
WeaponSkin: Skin2

my only issue with this is the last ship, the huge battleship, its a flying tiny little ship with a huge sheild in the front witch makes for a good idea and most ships are like that in the core shape but i hate the look of it, the rest i LOVE however maybe something with a split hull with a docking bay in the center for the huge battleship.

Haven't tried it out in game yet but this looks good. Nice job.

And no, I'm not going to get unhappy about you nabbing the shader out of the Common Library, but as Dalo already pointed out, it was set up so that you didn't have to do that. The Library is pretty lightweight and composed of support files for that reason.

Well, color me impressed. You managed to do this with a single UV map for the whole shipset. :O

Okay, now here we go with some issues and feedback:

1. You don't need icons.png or fleet_icons.png.

2. You should make a proper station shape map - or better, remove the shape map because you only have one station hull.

3. Use 'Oko' or 'oko' (I prefer 'Oko'). Do not use both, as the game is case-sensitive and you may unnecessarily complicate things.

4. I'd call it 'Oko', not 'Oko fleet'. :P

5. Instead of using VolkurBlueprint for background textures, make an OkoBlueprint or just use your 'oko_template'.

On another note: Have you tested the ships ingame? The way your preview images are set up, it leaves the impression that one might enter the game to find that the Oko flagship models are MUCH larger than the Oko supports, even prior to size selection. (Which will either result in invisible support ships or ludicrously oversized flagships, depending on which ship you scaled correctly.)

Also, do you have a station hull?
