Craftable Imperial Helmets

Description
Adds crafting recipes for the Imperial Helmet (Full) and Imperial Officer's Helmet.

The Imperial Officer's Helmet requires Steel Smithing. It has the same recipe and stats as the Steel Horned Helmet.
The Imperial Helmet (Full) requires Advanced Smithing. It has the same recipe and stats as the Steel Plate Helmet.

I have also buffed their stats to match my "Imperial Armors, Upgraded!" mod.

um i looked in my game files and found "Craftable Imperial Helmets" mod unsubscribed is this the newer version of the one that i have??? Just curious i was wondering btw.
