Dynamic Tradegoods and Development - 1.17

Description
*** Note: currently discontinued ***

This mod replaces the development increasing system that costs monarch points with a system costing ducats, using buildings.

In addition, this mod removes the vanilla manufactories and replaces them with 8 new buildings that allow provinces to change trade goods over time, or get special permanent modifiers similar to the old trade buildings. Trade good prices are adjusted as well, particularly gold, which now behaves more like a regular trade good. Without adding new tradegoods, this allows for the emergence of things like silk in Europe, sugar in North Africa, and innumerable other regional goods and modifiers across the world, often limited only by terrain, climate, and region.

It also includes around 400 global province changes, mostly changing starting trade goods and development, but also doing some balancing with autonomy.

It's still in development, although the scope has expanded greatly and it's been through so many iterations that it doesn't resemble this mod any longer (I'm on the 3rd rewrite of the economic system). When/if it's released it'll be called "Fat of the Land".

Another individual updated this mod for 1.21, but I do not know what changes they have made. It can be found here:

Unfortunately going to have to discontinue this for now. I'm starting work on a much bigger overhaul that includes a cleaner version of this system, and there just would be too much overhead maintaining both.

The Ducat Development version has been updated to 1.18, but it will be some time before the Dynamic Tradegoods part is updated. There was a lot of new content I was working on when 1.18 hit that is almost finished, but there are also some upcoming changes to DD that DT will also need from here on out. I'll try to get it all finished within a week.

so great mod. plz update 1.18,3
it makes crash on 1.18,3
