Scottish Pyramid System

Description
I've put together a greatly expanded version of the Scottish football league system, featuring a proper pyramid. This is still very much a work in progress, so any feedback (good or bad) would be welcome!

Divisions
16 team Premier
18 team Championship
18 team League 1
18 team League 2

18 team Highland Premier
18 team Highland First
18 team Highland Second A
18 team Highland Second B
18 team Highland Third A
18 team Highland Third B
18 team Highland Fourth A
18 team Highland Fourth B
18 team Highland Fourth C
18 team Highland Fourth D

18 team East of Scotland Premier
20 team East of Scotland First
22 team East of Scotland Second

18 team West of Scotland Premier
18 team West of Scotland First
18 team West of Scotland Second A
18 team West of Scotland Second B
18 team West of Scotland Second C

Cups
The Scottish Cup incorporates all the clubs from each division.
The League Cup features all the clubs from the top 4 divisions.
The Challenge Cup features all the clubs from the regional leagues.
I've also added a Scottish version of the Community Shield.

Awards
Each division has their own sets of awards, they're the same type as those in the Championship

FM 15 had this problem until one of the early patches, still can't get it working.

Bit strange. Can you try going into downloads, and then trying to install directly from the workplace? I must admit I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong, the publish to workplace process is automated.

When you start FM16, click 'downloads'. Can you see it under the steam workshop tab?
