Can I make a reskin for my own city, to match my public health system?

@the_only_good_silent Yes, you are allowed to do reskins with credits.
I will not work on 3D models anymore because I do not have enough time to dedicate on texturing and adapting the models to the game.

Is there any way to disable the default ambulance bc the default spawns alongside this mod.

Looks good, but the "realistic" movements are not practical in-game. Its acceleration is too sluggish and it doesn't keep up with traffic on the highway.
