Metro/Train Swap

Description
Updated for Snowfall

I always found it strange that the metro buildings unlocked before the normal train buildings. This is a simple mod that swaps the unlock order of the train and metro buildings. The train buildings will now unlock at the Big Town milestone, and the metro buildings will unlock at the Small City milestone.

As simple as that.

Most of the real cities have trains first. Thus, trains are more common than metro in most countries. Even smaller cities may have trains, but only large cities have metro.

Small City should open LRT (as trams) and metro going next.
That's the right version.

This mod does as advertised, however, I found that almost all my 3rd party assets still required 8000 which makes this mod useless for my purposes.

Ok, that's what I feared. But thanks for the info!

@UncleYar: It was basically just changing one, loading the game, and seeing what changed. There is no documentation for those arrays, so it was all just guess and check.

Thanks for this mod. I looked at the code as I'm looking to do something similar with unlocks, and I was wondering how you managed to determine which indexes in the m_progressionMilestones and m_SubServiceMilestones arrays were the correct ones for the metro/train unlocks. Looking at those with ModTools doesn't reveal any information linking them to train or metro, but perhaps I missed something.

Well, I have around 115 mods so far. Not worth the trouble to find out now. If I got time and find it I will report.

Thank you. =)

@Blackdragonbird: Still working on my end, maybe there is a conflict with another mod you have?
Blackdragonbird Jul 16, 2016 @ 5:14pm
@AndyDamage, seems to be not working anymore. This mod is still supported?

@DK115: Sorry for the delay, but the new update should fix that issue.
