rp_blackmesa_alpha37 is a large map made for Garry's Mod's roleplay gamemode. The map is a replica of the Black Mesa facility from Half-Life 1 and its expansions. Many areas from the original game have been taken and spliced together alongside each other in order to create a very large and open facility to players to explore and interact with.

The map was originally designed to work with Black Mesa RP, an old game mode for previous versions of Garry's Mod. This map was made especially for that game mode, however it will work in DarkRP and other roleplay game nmodes just fine.

Players will spawn in different positions across the facility and will be able to explore the whole of Black Mesa for their own enjoyment.

- The map contains NPC's found in Half-Life: Source. These NPC's may spawn as error signs for those who do not own Half-Life: Source. However, they can be deleted using the remover tool.

- The map is internally referred to as "rp_blackmesa_alpha37" for those who want to operate by console and it can be found in the "Roleplay" section of the map select screen.
