How to solve the laser Puzzle on Terrace Walkway!

How to get to Terrace Walkway

First you have to solve the "Graveyard Puzzle", then a portal will show up!

How to interact with the Puzzle

My first problem with this puzzle was, how to actually interact with it. If you explore on this map (Rear right quadrant), you'll find a fallen over lawnmower, with a stone stuck in its blades.

Take it and equip it (Scroll your mousewheel until its selected on the top right of your screen).
It should look like this:

And now the part, where I failed to notice... You can use Items, if you press "F". The Stone will glow, and the little chunks will start to rotate faster around it.

Now if you go close to a tower, a sign will glow up on it. Giving you a hint, to interact with it!

How the Puzzle works

If you take a look at your map, you'll see some hints on how to solve it:


You have to get the laser through all turrets and rings. If you have it correct, all 4 lights will glow up on this monument:

How to solve the Puzzle

First walk to the opposite of the Portal, there will be a tower with a laser coming from the sky: Thats your start!
Rotate it like this:


You have to rotate the broken tower to the side, so the laser can go through


Now, if you have done all correct, the monument should look like this:
And you should have got an achievement!
