Description
The two versions of xmas_nipperhouse on the workshop didn't have the audio playing - that was one of my favorite bits about it.

So here's a repack. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the weapon spawn txt since txt files aren't whitelisted by gmad.

If you need the txt, easiest way would be to grab this https://garrysmods.org/download/9319/ttt-xmas-nipperhouse

That way you can put it on your server. This upload to the workshop is primarily so you can put it into a collection so clients can easily download it.
