its finally done... the biggest mlp game mod for skyrim yet... this mod turns ALL npcs into ponies with working mouth and eye movements all are randomly put togetter with the exeption of a few chosed ponies

the civil war are based off the royal guard and new lunar republic colors for looks and the jarl of solitude Elisif the Fair is based to look like princess twilight and the jarl of windhelm Ulfric Stormcloak is based to look like Flash Sentry as a Alicorn other offical ponies added are rainbow dash scootaloo shining armor and more XD

bug/issues

no bugs found so far but the issues i came across are
1 there is no child pony race made so all the kids are using adult pony races but still work just cant be giving the child outfits sorry bout that

2 any face covering helm will cut out the wings and tail makin them look human with big heads XD theres a fix for that but dosnt fix all helmets http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4866/?

any mods that change npcs of skyrim they may over ride it if ya load order is right but again thats ur chose

this mod as i said before turns all npcs of skyrim dawnguard hearthfire and dragonborn into ponies this mod should work wth other mods but there may be a few were it wont this mod also makes mod npcs stand out like a sore hoof example the starting npc for falskaar in riften

this mod is very big for a npc overhual mod due to the facegen data sorry wish it could be smaller but anyways enjoy my bigest skyrim mod ever
