The Penaldome

Description
A symmetrical dome-shaped* prison created from scratch with starting money ($30k) and no cheats.

A challenging scenario in a dangerous prison with high population density despite low max pop. All prisoner types and room types (except Forestry). A carefully designed regime segregates effectively. Mornings require careful micromanagement of guards to prevent riots.

* Dome-shaped: I envision the outer edge having low ceilings and the Canteen/Kitchen area having high vaulted ceilings. The Showers act as pillars.

When I made this prison, Escape Mode was not implemented yet.

you should probably add more k9s in between the main wall and the cells beacuse I was not detected

I got tools by grabing them running to a cell stashing them getting frisked then picking up the tool from the stash then I would make and tunnel and start stashing tools in my tunnel to dig out during lockup (took me a bit to dig into the perimeter wall) then I escaped with no victims.
things that I liked:
1. metal detectors with walls on the sides
2. perimeter k9 units (just not enough in between perimeter and cells)
3. blocking the kitchen and other areas with metal detectors
things that lowers the security level:
1. in between the cell blocks and the main wall there isnt enough dogs to trace a tunnel escape
2. its very easy to hide a tunnel without the guards noticing

Very nice prison, but this place IS NOT built for human inmates. Form over function. yeah it took me a little while to escape the place, but that was because i was having to much fun setting the place on fire and killing everyone and destroying the place. geh he he he. i caused so much damage so frequently i caused a traffic jam on the road so the fire trucks couldn't get in and put the fires out. i left the place a chaotic flaming mess covered in blood and dead guards.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm cooks pass through cells, hallways, and canteen to get to the kitchen with boxes and contraband? I don't think so, buddy.
