Unfortunately I couldn't get this to work in any industrial area. Is ok for light to medium traffic but clogs easily.

This with two small round abouts at either end (or T intersection) is the only thing that can handle downtown areas. Thank you so much!

Now the mod is called "Road Color Changer Continued", RGB values = 0.1 (all: small, medim, etc roads) within the config file. Or if you like amercan roads, Roads United Core+ and Road United: US Edition Plus, within its option move the sliders to low brightness.
