CitizenTracker v0.11

Description
CitizenTracker lets you follow the lives of your favourite citizens!

UPDATE v0.11

*Bug fix: the mod will now function for version 1.3.0-f4, thanks to Shotyme for spotting and fixing the error

UPDATE v0.1

*Bug fix: the mod will no longer cause issues in the asset and map editors
*Bug fix: the buttons will function after exiting to the main menu and loading another game

*Major UI change: The UI has been modified so that the favourites panel is now slimmer and provides only essential information. More detailed information can be found by clicking on the arrow to the left of each Cim's name. The button to access this panel has been put out of the way, beside your population count.
*Detailed Information: This new information includes a more detailed view of a Cim's age, education, wealth and health. The details panel is movable for your convenience.
*Family/Household: Additionally a Cim's household (nominally their family) is listed, and you can choose to follow them directly from the panel.
*Full view tracking: A new button beside the favourites button will now put markers above the Cims you are tracking, allowing you to watch their movements simultaneously, throughout the city.

Citizen Tracker

When you click on a citizen, a new button allows you to follow them. The favourites button, beside your population count, brings up a list of all the citizens you're following. You can click on their names to find them quickly, or choose to see a detailed view of their lives and who else is in their family or household. Another button beside the favourites button allows you to place icons above the heads of your Cims and track them throughout the town.

This mod wouldn't have been possible without the help of many people in #skylines-modders on irc.esper.net. Special thanks go to Duddle for actively testing out code to solve my problems, nlight for his indispensible ModTools ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409520576 ) and ccaatt for the code that allows for floating icons ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=411048716 ).

The code is available at https://github.com/cnightwing/CitizenTracker/tree/NewUI - please report any issues you have.

25/03/15 - Minor update to an icon and the panel.
05/04/15 - Major update to v0.1
06/04/15 - Minor update to fix asset/map editor issue

I finally found out how many FPS this mod eats. With the mod I got 20fps, without it 50fps lol. This mod should include a warning about these performance issues.

@hyuntoe
i think it is :( i'd still love to have the blue pin feature that this mod has, but it just kills my FPS instantly, i use "Favourite Cims" to track my citizens

@CNightwing, is this deprecated?

yeah i think i should've skipped this comment section when i subscribed to it.

:p2blue: by far my favorite mod!!! i really love it but yeah, i disabled assets and mods one by one like the guy behind me, and found out this one was it.
hope i read the comments before!! :p2orange:

I guess as more citizens you get the more this mod struggles... cause I usually test all mods on a new map, and now it was evident that something was sucking out the power with each citizen :steamthumbsdown:

ANYWAY: for the guy making this mod, thank you, people so hard on the guy but i think he deserves honest props!! i love the mod but will only enable when needed. :steamthumbsup:

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My FPS increased from 10fps to 38fps right after I unsubbed this mod, this is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I knew this before I disable mods one by one trying to find out what was the problem.

OMG! After reading the comments that this mod is an FPS killer, I unsubscribed and then load my saved game, less lag and my FPS increased! Thanks for the comments!

OMG!11! OMG!!1! I'M NOT SEEING THE FRAME KILLING.

Are you all running it with the "Show The Location Of Everyone I'm Tracking" option permanently enabled?

I get a NullReference exception from the "Favorite Cims" mod, so I'm giving this one a try. I've had the mod only a very short time, but *so far* it doesn't seem to be killing performance for me. On the other hand, the city I'm working on has only about 4800 residents.
