L3L1 Highway 3-way Interchange B

L3L1 Highway is a variation of normal pair of highway. Only the difference is either direction of the road is shifted up 2 levels. This is one of the most efficient way to construct highways, because we can decrease the area needed to make interchanges.

This is 3-way interchange for L3L1 Highway.
