The FRW (Flaming Ring Wings) Fire Station by Aezuros

Recently private business investment into the local government's civic services have culminated in the creation of magnificent new facilities to tackle the rising threats of crime and fire hazards within the city. The newly constructed FRW Fire Station is the epitome of the new partnership between local private business's and civilian safety departments. Encompassing an ambitious 6x5 city zone block, it boasts the following advantages over the previous generations' of Fire Stations:

*NB: In order to maintain game balance, variables were scaled (relatively) linearly to their base values to account for the fact you will require less overall fire stations to maintain excellent or superior coverage as compared to vanilla C:S...all "default" sizes listed are the values of vanilla C:S largest fire department building, the Fire Station*

Vehicles - 50 (default 25)
FireDepartmentRadius (the effective distance it can cover as BASE value) - 3000 (default 1200)
Construction cost - $150,000 (default $60,000)
Maintenance cost - $24,000 (default $9,000)
Energy consumption - 180 (default 90)
Water consumption/sewage accumulation - 120 each (default 60 each)
Garbage accumulation - 30 (default 12)

Workers (broken into their various types and education levels - these are the number of people required to effectively service the building to its highest efficiency)
Uneducated people - 25 (default 10)
Educated people - 50 (default 20)
Well Educated people - 100 (default 40)
Highly Educated people - 75 (default 30)
