System Time Clock

Description
Displays the current system time. Because this is an extension of the Colossal UI, it will disappear upon entering free camera mode.

The clock can be toggled between 12 hour and 24 hour mode by double clicking the clock.

Thanks to reima for sharing his or her's example code on how to add UI elements. The example code used as a basis for this mod can be found here: https://gist.github.com/reima/9ba51c69f65ae2da7909

KNOWN BUGS: Changing the clock mode locks up all keyboard hotkeys until another part of the UI is clicked on.

Way off the left top side of the Screen!
Not usable. Needs to be movable to the lower Tool Bar.

On Mac version, Yosemite, Cities fresh installed and updated. Running in 1440x. Unfortunately, the clock is half off the screen in the top left of the screen. Basically makes it unusable for me. I just thought I'd let you know, and I'll stay subscribed just in case you update.

Apart from this issue, it *appears* to work fine. Double clicking swaps 12-24, correct time shows. If there is a way to fix the issue so it doesn't clip, it would be great.

This mod clashes with the Traffic Report mod, they are on the same screen area :(

Too bad it is not in lower bar and it does not show zeros (which is quite confusing), Little Ben Clock does that good however. Thank you anyway. :-) Still showed how to do things properly in the beggining.

And yes I can confirm on a 16:10 screen, the time is all the way to the left and makes it difficult to click on the normal UI button in the upper left.

@[CPC] alx Do you mean 1920x1200? That's 16:10

hi, it seems a bit offscreen when used @1920x1080 (16:10)
