Chirper Position Changer/Mover

Change the position of the chirper by simply clicking and dragging it

To reset the Chirper to its default position press CTRL + O


As of 1.6 you can now enable the option to only make the chirper moveable when holding CTRL
After starting the game with the mod for the first time you can go to
AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\ModConfig
And edit the config file to enable this feature. (Thanks to Zebington)
