Description

Manchester Central Library is a circular library in Manchester, England. South of the Town Hall Extension, it is the headquarters of the Manchester Library & Information Service.

Based on the Manchester Central Library building, this library provides landmark effect and increases education satisfaction by 10% and global satisfaction by 5%. It also provides job for the three types of citizens.
