Craftable and light Ebony Mail

Description
I thought that Ebony mail was a bit stupidly done (heavy armor) so i made it light armor I also made it craftable and enchantable cause I am annoyed for the enchament and Didnt wanna mess up with the original armor.
It has basic armor points of 59 so more than the heavy armor.

To craft it needs 8 ebony ingots and to improve 1 ebony dagger dunno what it has to do with armors XD.
It can be crafted at any forge under iron.

I know you haven't updated this in ages but you should really classify this as Ebony instead of Iron. since there's no Iron perk it makes it impossible to improve up to Legendary status w/o using console commands to change your smithing skill (at least, I think. I don't think 165 smithing is obtainable even with skill modifiers like potions and enchanted items.)
