Ultimate Guide for 100% Completion

This guide is actually a transcription of my personnal notes taken while reaching 100% completion. Along with some easy-to-follow tips, I provide a complete list of all the rings locations.
It is a guide intended for completionists, since the game can be enjoyed totally without this information.
If you're trying to reach the top 1% though, this is your guide.

A word before we jam

I'm not sure about this, but I think there is a little randomness in how the group of rings appear in this game. It may not be random, but maybe more a randomize use of 2 or 3 designs. After grinding for the Perfectionist achievement, I noticed that rings would always come up close to my last run.

And so I started taking notes. After putting them to the test (with great success, no need to say) I realized that I had a neat little guide in my hands. Let me share it with you :)

Oh, and mind any mistakes I may have made during this daunting task. Please, use the comment section to correct me if I'm wrong.

Achievement - Jacked Up

This achievement is pretty simple but it can take multiple tries to succeed, depending on the timing of your throws.


First, go with level 3-2 (Master Grid).

In this level, the Flapjack is what you are looking for. They catapult you in the sky and like in any jumps, you can still handle the Jammer.

Simply keep getting thrown in the air until you reach a ditch deep enough to get the achievement. I got mine when I landed on the lower side of the track, after getting 'flapped' from the higher side when the track splitted in half.

Achievement - Perfectionist

This achivement is basically impossible to miss when you're going for the Elite Jammer one. Still, for those who like to take it one step at the time, here's the way to get it.


1. Use level 1-1
2. You have 9 group of rings to get
3. When you get the full group, you hear a ding at the end (when you hit the last ring) and receive extra points
4. Like I said earlier, the location of the groups may vary from one run to the next, but I noticed a clear pattern in the 'sections' where they are generated. Here is the location of all groups :

-7- Stay left
-8- Stay left

Achievement - Packet Loss

This is the grind achievement. Fortunately, it can be cleared pretty fast, considering that you kill packets during your entire playthrough. After completing all other achievements, you may need a couple more kills to get this one done. Here's how to make it easy.

1. Use level 1-4 (mainly because all the powerups are offense - burn or bomb)
2. Try to die 2 times per run, when you're out of bombs (with every new life comes 3 fresh bombs)
3. Try to finish the level on every run; the last stretch is quick, full of powerups and there is a lot of packets.

With this technique, I killed around 40 data packets per run.

Don't forget you can follow your progression. Simply turn on the option in the menu.

Achievement - Elite Jammer

Ok, so this is the part that allows you to get to the top 1% of the leaderboards.
Basically --> Group of rings + Kills + PowerUps = Points = Better rankings



With this simple technique, I've been scoring in the top 50 every time. Basically, anticipate where the rings will be and stay in the vicinity. It is much easier to manage 3-4 lanes than 7-8. Use this guide for positioning.

Also, whenever possible (at full health), hit red lanes to score extra points and time your bombs to maximize your kills.

It's been a long time since I played, but I think you have to do more than one with good ratings... I got it after level 3-5 if I remember correctly.
