The following method only works with vanilla Oblivion and fixed by Unofficial Oblivion Patch.

INSTRUCTION

1. Find the Rune Stone (Look at the table below to see which different stones give you and at the picture in the gallery to see stones' places).
   
2. Damage a bound weapon and/or an armor
   
3. Repair the bound armor/weapon
   
4. Drop the item [Shift+LClick]
   
5. Wait untill the spell will end (look at the upper right corner)
   
6. Take the item
   
7. ???????
   
8. PROFIT

Table of the Rune Stones and items they give

The weapon will be given to you depends on your Blunt weapon and Blades skills. If your Blades skill is higher you'll get a dagger and vice versa. Sidri-Ashak Stone gives you the bow in any case. It's the same situation with the armor: it depends on your skill (Light or Heavy).

Also works with spells. Visit Chorrol, Mages Guild and find Athragar. He has: "Bound Boots", "Bound Bow", "Bound Cuirass", "Bound Mace", "Bound Shield" and "Bound Sword". You're going to need Conjuration 50 for all these spells (except boots).

Why do you need this guide? Some of the bound armor/weapon are better then any other armor/weapon in the game. For exapmle: bound light gauntlets and boots are better then glass/amber for 2 points of defense (when you have 125 points of condition and 100 light armor skill). Also it is good help at the beginning of the game.

2. Повредить призванное оружи и/или броню
   
3. Починить повреждённое оружие/броню
   
4. Выкинуть нужную вещь через Shift+ЛКлик
   
5. Подождать окончания заклинания призыва оружия/брони
   
6. Взять вещь
   
7. ???????

Таблица рунных камней и вещей, которые они дают

То, какое оружие вы получите, зависит от навыков Тупого оружия и Клинков. Если выше Клинки, то вы получите кинжал. Камень Сидри-Ашака даёт вам лук в любом случае. Та же история с бронёй: вы получите ту броню (лёгкую или тяжёлую), навык которой у вас выше.

Также работает с заклинаниями. Посетите гильдию магов Коррола, найдите Атрагара. У него есть призванные сапоги, лук, кираса, булава, щит и меч. Для всех заклинаний, кроме сапог, нужен навык Колдовства 50.

Зачем это вообще нужно? Некоторые призванные броня и оружие лучше, чем любое другое броня/оружие по показателю защиты/атаки в игре. Пример: лёгкие призванные перчатки и ботинки лучше стеклянных/янтарных на 2 единицы брони (при состоянии обоих в 125 ед. и полностью прокачанном навыке лёгкой брони). Так же это неплохое подспорье в начале игры.

Хохма с ремонтом работает только в ванильном скайриме. Неофициальный патч её правит. А не ставить патч просто тупо.

You can receive damage by summoning a skeleton and have it turn on you. (have a few whack at it and it'll turn hostile)

Friend, you have a map. Find a nearby cave or fort, kill some bandits. Do you really can't find the enemies?

How would i damage it..? Thats my real question, does this mean i must go around searching for enemys?

Boss5423, you must damage your item and rapair it. Then you can drop it.
