He turns all his enemies into farmers, because he's always one to give them a couple of acres

He doesn't stop to make jokes, for he IS the punchline (and a few kicklines too)

He's a Bill on Capitol Hill, and he's got his own Stimulus Package for anyone thinking of filibustering

He is the Beard God - and you will pay your respects, one way or another

With his bare godamn hands.

One might like to think this is the actual outfit Bill earned himself from all the hardship done during 'Nam - Bill himself included. However its a tight new pair of threats Bill got himself, after tripping and stumbling into a clothes shop during a routine running from a Tank, and its thanks to split-second decision making that got him wearing this and donned 'General Bill' instead what happened initially and becoming 'Bill with Bra Caught on Barret'. It's the outfit worn by General Sarano from the criminally underrated game Bulletstorm (Thanks EA marketing), complete with a fancy new cigar courtesy of Duke Nukem Forever.

You have no idea how many months I spent on this project, rigging and re-doing this thing - I have watched so many porn movies in the noble and healthy effort of trying to wave off the stress of rigging this mesh over and over and over and over and over, that I now have Sasha Grey's bosom forever burned into my retinas. I'm seeing them everywhere now; when I'm eating with the family, when I'm walking down the street and when I'm talking to my best friend, and he's enough of a boob as it is. Its kinda like when you've played too much Soul Calibre..only instead you're seeing lesbian pirate sex as opposed to some anime girl of questionable age with a voice SO HIGH PITCHED you'd swear she was some kind of twisted half-seagull half-mammary, thing.

Then again this mesh likely has more verticies than your typical model...I may have only given myself a tough project.

Edit: Its come to my attention thanks to some folk from the community that his outfit has something of a Nazi influence to it. This is probably because this outfit comes from the antagonist of its respective game, and you know how games and movies are with metaphor and such similar things. I need to stress that posing Bill as a Nazi general was not the intention of this project, and I apologize to anyone who may feel uneasy from the Nazi-like influences of this outfit. I will take measures into putting a greater emphasis into research in the future. The last thing the world needs after this is Francis dressed up as some kind of unironic KKK member ...
