Well, after 2 months of fu$king with D3 .xml's i could did it only by replacing bonnet camera view (hood camera). Better then nothing =)
A bit later i will record video with examples, and will make guide/post.

btw: My curently setting was a but to much for the 4:3 but by decreasing the fov on all cam types was better. Also removing -10 or -15 on all FOV should be fine for you.
Example: if the fov there was set to ( 130 ) for your screen ( 115 ) is enought and fits totally.

Applied your adjusted settings, yes FOV above 100 is so much better!! Cockpit view is playable now!
On some cars camera might be clipping through models though, but its not a big deal. Also on-the-roof cam and follow up cam (like when "return to paddock area") have become a bit aestethicaly distorted (roof cam clipping through car's roof), again, it is tolerable.
