Giants are scaled immensely down to the size of babies.
They also make baby noises.

I laugh every time the giant runs from me because usally i run from IT and make little baby noises so scared i will die Lol

baby noises make me think of silent hill or are just annoying still a good mod though i recomend it

This mod is hilarious! Most hilarious skyrim mod I have ever owned. I love it! I crack up every time! And that baby noise they make is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
