Introduction
Hello guys, i'm Kezmo and i made this guide to help everybody with this inconvenient mission called Import/Export. There's a section for each mission (Emergency Vehicles, Portland Island and Shoreside Vale) and a full map with the location of some cars.

Emergency Vehicles
  • Location
Each necessary car need to be placed on a yellow stripes place, under a magnet connected to a crane at Portland Docks.

The image above shows the place where you need to stop the emergency cars. I will talk about these icons later.

  • Ambulance

The Ambulance can be found in the Hospital of Portland Island, it's the number 8 of the map.
OBS: If the car is locked, shoot with a sniper rifle. This will unlock the car.

  • Barracks OL

The Barrack can be found in Staunton Island (Phil Cassidy's base) and unlocked after Ray's mission (the one you help Phil Cassidy) or when you have 6 wanted stars. It's the number 23 of the map.

  • Enforcer

The Enforcer can be found in Staunton Island police station or when you got 4 wanted stars. It's the number 26 of the map.

  • FBI Car

Unfortunately there's no spawn point for this car, so you have to get 5 wanted stars and get this car. The best tactic is to get these stars near your safehouse.

  • Fire Truck

You can get the Fire Truck at Portland's fire station, it's the number 3 of the map.

  • Police Car

You can get the Police Car at Portland's police station, near the hospital. It's the number 7 of the map.

  • Rhino

You can get the Rhino at Phil Cassidy's base (number 23 of the map) but to unlock you need to finish the story mode. An alternative method is to get the 6 wanted stars and get the Rhino from the soldiers.

  • Reward

Once you have delivered all the cars from this list, you will be able to get any emergency vehicles only by passing the icon with the car's name you want.
Portland Island
  • Location
All the cars from this list need to be placed inside a garage at Portland Docks, west of the crane used to collect the emergency cars.

  • Blista

You cand found this car driven around Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale. If you don't find it, you can get one at number 17 of the map.

  • Bobcat

You can found this classic car all around Portland Island or at number 4 of the map.

  • Bus

Unfortunately you can't find this car at a specific point, normally you can found the Bus driven near Fort Staunton (construction site neighborhood, Staunton Island).

  • Coach

You can found the Coach at a bus station near the Portland Docks, it's number 13 of the map.

  • Dodo

The Dodo can be found at Francis International Airport (Shoreside Vale), it's number 21 of the map (there are three dodo at the airport). If you are not familiar with this airplane project, you can drive it like a car until the Docks.

  • Flatbed

The Fletbed is another case of a vehicle that don't have a specific spawn point, you can found it driven around Staunton Island.

  • Linerunner

You can found a Linerunner at Portland Docks, number 12 of the map.

  • Moonbeam

You can find the Moonbeam parked at number 2 of the map, it's a company's parking spot.

  • Mr. Whoopee

It's the most difficult car in this mission, it can be spawned during Firefighter (Fire Truck's mission).

  • Mule

You can find a Mule at number 10 of the map, it's in Portland Docks.

  • Patriot

You can find a Patriot at number 9 of the map, it's the park site of a supermarket. When you enter that Patriot, it will start a submission and if you don't want to make it, simply drive the car to the street and get out of the car (it will cancel the mission).

  • Pony

This car can be found at number 5 of the map, it's the junkyard. You can found the car driven around Portland Island.

  • Rumpo

This car can be found at number 6 of the map, it's inside 8-Ball's Autos.

  • Securicar

The Securicar don't have a specific spawn point, so you have to search it around Chinatown or try the Firefighter.

  • Trashmaster

The Trashmaster don't have a specific spawn point and it's rarely driven, but it's common to see at Aspatia (near the big stadium at Staunton Island) and Bedford Point (church's neighborhood).

  • Yankee

The Yankee is parked near the emergency vehicle crane or at number 11 of the map, in Portland Docks.

  • Reward
Once you completed this list, you will be able to import any car you delivered.

Shoreside Vale
  • Introduction
Now you have to place the cars in a garage in Pike Creek, Shoreside Vale. This garage is north of the Pay 'n' Spray located in Shoreside Vale (same island of the airport).

  • Banshee

In my opinion, the best car in GTA 3. You can see it driven around Shoreside Vale (more common at night), go to number 18 (it's in a park spot) or go to Capital Autos (near 8-Ball's Auto of Portland Island).

  • BF Injection

You can't see this car driven around the city, but it will spawn at number 1 of the map between 20:00 and 06:00, after you complete "Soyanara Salvatore" (i think it's the first mission in Staunton Island).

  • Cabbie

You can see it all around the city, but if you are unlucky, you can go to number 14 of the map (Mean Street Taxis).

  • Cheetah

You can see this sportive car at Shoreside Vale at night or, if you are unlucky, you can go to number 19 (it's a mansion's garage).

  • Esperanto

You can see this car all around or go to number 20 of the map (airport's parking lot).

  • Idaho

Like Esperanto, Idaho can be found all around or go to number 14 of the map (it's a garage building, near Asu.ka's apartment).

  • Infernus

I guess it's the fastest car, you can found it driven around Shoreside Vale or go to number 20 of the map (airport's parking lot).

  • Kuruma

You can found it around Shoreside Vale, at Portland Harbor's parking lot or at number 16 (apartment's parking lot, east of Shoreside safehouse).

  • Landstalker

You can found it around Shoreside Vale and Staunton, in Belleville Park (submission landstalker) or at number 15 of the map (apartment's parking lot, east of Shoreside safehouse).

  • Manana

You can found it around all the three islands or at number 20 of the map (airport's parking lot).

  • Perennial

Like Manana, Perennial is driven everywhere or go to number 25 of the map (garage building near Asu.ka's apartment).

  • Sentinel

Don't mistake this car with the Mafia Sentinel. It's driven in Staunton and Shoreside or go to number 20 of the map (airport's parking lot).

  • Stallion

Another case of a car you can see everywhere but, if you are unlucky, you can go to number 18 of the map (same parking lot you can found the Banshee).

  • Stinger

This car can be found in this version or in a cabriolet version. it's driven around Staunton and Shoreside or go to number 25 of the map (garage building near Asu.ka's apartment).

  • Stretch

This car don't have a specific spawn point, but you can usually seen around Staunton Island.

  • Taxi

The most common car in this game, but if you're the unluckiest dude in this world, go to number 22 of the map (in front of the airport).

  • Reward

When you've delivered all the cars, you will be able to import any of them.
Final Considerations
I hope you all liked this guide and that i helped you to complete 100% of GTA III.
As you can see, steam bugged when i was writing the Blista and Banshee part. Trust me, i tried to fix it.

Mr. Whoopee can be obtained during one side mission for ElBurro (Blue payphone icon in Portland). I was lucky enough to find it when I was cruising in Firetruck. Good luck.
