Finally I've used the Vampire Bloodlines Spanish Patch Pack v1.3 . I've fount it also in Clan DLAN. Seems It's working ok with my Vista 64bit and translated to Spanish!! The "official" translation gave me some problems with in game textures. Thanks for the clue !
