I havent worked on this in almost two yearss so if I'm gonna pick it up again I'm probably going to have to start from scratch.

I have no plans of making this one a online thing, I will add multiplayer to it at one point though.
I have draw_sprite(sprite_index, image_index, x, y) in my draw event of the hotbar thing it's still moving around, it is something I'm gonna look into when I got further ahead and I have some other worse problems at the moment with the rendering causing major lag, I have managed to squash most of it (I think) but there's still some work to be done there.
But I can understand if people find it annoying when the hotbar moves around :P
In the Draw Event, put:

In the Draw Gui Event, put:
draw_sprite(sprite_index, image_index, x, y)
This will make the hotbar stop moving.
