Gif file is not something that happens anymore, it used to, just thought it'd be funny to upload it =3

Thank you everyone for testing out my project it really supports me and makes me willing to keep working on this project :D

Project M is just a work title, I am trying to create something similar to Terraria but I will be adding my own features to it and it will play differently in the end.

Everything I release is still under development and may change further down development.

I am by no means a aritst in any way shape or form, so if anyone want to aid me in this feel free to PM me and we can discuss it =3

Remember that all updates will have a changelog in the Change Note tab so if you wanna know what's new, changed or removed, head on over there to see, latest will always be on top.

I do not know how often updates will come but they will come every now and then as I work it out how it works

Controls:
A and Left Arrow - Move Left
D and Right Arrow - Move Right
W and Space Bar - Jump
Left Mouse - Break Blocks
Right Mouse - Place Blocks
Mouse Scroll Up - Next Hotbar Slot
Mouse Scroll Down - Previous Hotbar Slot
Q - Throw Item
1-9 - Select Hotbar 1-9
R - Re-Render the world - Warning! This will wipe your inventory!
E - Opens Inventory

Current Features:

Block Breaking
Block Placing
Item Pickup
Inventory - Equipment slots (upper left) Not Yet Implemented
Hotbar
4 Biomes - Plain, Plain w/ Trees, Forest & Desert
Crafting - Only a few recipes but it's working, more recipes will be added soon
Tools - Axe, Shovel and Pickaxe, more to come no doubt.
Water - With water physics - Added a basic water physics, mostly for testing purposes, still needs some major tweaking and to be integrated into the world creator
Basic Lighting Engine
Minerals - Will add more soon.
Day/Night Cycle - Each lasts 5 minutes each.

@Ritalia Oh yeah... There was an update to GameMaker a while back that changed how some things worked and it completley broke my project and I never figured out how to make it work =/
I havent worked on this in almost two yearss so if I'm gonna pick it up again I'm probably going to have to start from scratch.

@Ritalia You just subscribe to this and run your GameMaker program and just run it through the play game function.

I have no plans of making this one a online thing, I will add multiplayer to it at one point though.

I have draw_sprite(sprite_index, image_index, x, y) in my draw event of the hotbar thing it's still moving around, it is something I'm gonna look into when I got further ahead and I have some other worse problems at the moment with the rendering causing major lag, I have managed to squash most of it (I think) but there's still some work to be done there.
But I can understand if people find it annoying when the hotbar moves around :P

Oh, and BTW:
In the Draw Event, put:

In the Draw Gui Event, put:
draw_sprite(sprite_index, image_index, x, y)

This will make the hotbar stop moving.
