Obscure Achievements

This guide is meant to display the obscure achievements in the game if you are not familiar with references (Scrat/Frodo) or just don't pay attention to the field outside of the enemy path.

Please let me know if I missed any references!

Twin Rivers Angler

Twin Rivers Angler
Catch a fish.


Map: Pagras (or any map with water)

On the southwest corner of Pagras, there will be a body of water. Just wait for a fish to jump out and then click at the right time to 'catch' it.

Forest Diplomacy

Forest Diplomacy
Recruit max elves at The Silveroak Outpost.


Map: Silveroak Forest

Elves can be recruited at the Sylvan Elf Hall (the broken structure on the level).

The max number of evels you can recruit is 4.

Ovinophobia

Ovinophobia
Kill 10 or more sheep with your hands.


Map: Most if not all of the earlier maps.

Ovinophobia is the irrational fear of sheep.



Sheep (and goats) can be found all over the map. It takes 8 clicks to kill them.

Like a Henderson

Like a Henderson
Free the sasquatch on the Icewind Pass.


Map: Icewind Pass
Reference: Harry and the Hendersons (Movie)

To get the achievement, you have to break the ice using Rain of Fire and then recruit the Sasquatch. The achievement will not trigger until the Sasquatch is recruited.

Scrat's Meal

Scrat's Meal
Find the elusive acorn.


Map: Glacial Heights
Reference: Ice Age (Movie)

The elusive acorn is right beside Scrat on the western side of the map. Just keep clicking to break the ice that it's enclosed in.

Free Fredo

Free Fredo
Help Fredo escape.


Map: Sarelgaz's Lair

Fredo is stuck inside a web found in a cave north of Sarelgaz's Lair. Keep clicking on the web to set Fredo free.

Plants vs Trolls

Plants vs Trolls
Find the 5 legendary lost ice-shrooms.

The ice-shrooms are located at Ha'Kraj Plateau. You must first complete the initial campaign to unlock the bonus maps and then complete Glacial Heights to unlock the map in question.

Find the ninja master rat.

Capture the attention of the mysterious crow.

Discover the hidden monster under water.
