@The Scout it should be a 1.15 speed multiplier, so 15% faster than anything to answer your question.

@velkynbullshit holy crap that's a smart idea, although I want the boots to be harder to aquire, like a lil' annoying dungeon, or buying them for a price. Nice idea though, thanks!

How 'bout a version of those 15% faster boots in various types of armor. This way, no one's too OP and we'll actually use them. Because, let's face it, although I'm fine with the speed increase as it is, I won't wear unmatching armor. May I suggest adding a chest filled with various version of this original upgrade. You may even make them worth 0$ to make sure people wouldn't take advantage of the armor types they don't really want. I think that would please everyone.

@velkynbullshit Making them disenchantable will make you WAY too OP. Imagine having like a 50% speed increase, you will just outrun everyhting, so nope. I might make other clothing that has a speed increase. But you will have to stick with this until further notice.

So... any chance you'll change the restriction so as to be able to enchant another kind of footware ? Those boots may go well with a peasant outfit, but less so with a full dragon bone armor... or even my favorite Nightingale armor.
