Dragonborn Mansion (Player Home)

Description
v1.7.0

This is; as it says in the title; a Player owned home. This house is big and has plenty of storage. It also has all the other must-haves such as an enchanting table, forge, grindstone, tanning rack, smith workbench and alchemist bench. The outside has well put together paths, walls, bridges, shrubbery and other little objects.

The house is located literally right outside the walls of Whiterun. The house already has a fast-travel marker, though you will not be able to fast-travel there until it is fully discovered. The reason i did this is so that the game remains more immersive and realistic and traveling there and discovering the place is one way of doing that.

WHAT'S NEW

Version 1.1.0

- The house has been fully NavMeshed inside and out and is now fully accessible to NPCs.

- Lighting fixes, inside and out.

Version 1.2.0

- A smelter has been added to the exterior of the house.

- I have added a key to all the doors of the house (one key fits all the doors). The key is located on a crate right next to the front door at the Talos statue. I know this is unrealistic but I did this because on occasion NPCs would just wander in and I hoped this would stop them. Let me know if they keep doing it.

Version 1.3.0

- Display cases are now fully functional.

- I have added weapon racks in the house.

Version 1.4.0

- Progress on the basement. (almost finished)

- Mannequins and weapon racks added throughout the main house.

Version 1.5.0

- A follower named 'Julius' has been added to the basement. He will not disturb you at all he will stay pretty much in his room down in the basement unless you tell him otherwise.

Version 1.6.0

- Completed all of the basement and mine.

- Lighting fixes.

Version 1.7.0

-Added more bookshelves.

ATTENTION

- All feedback is greatly appreciated.

- If you change the mod I don't mind if you upload your version as long as I am credited.

DLC

None required though the mod still should work with Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Hearthfire on the other hand is not entirely supported, because I have not done all that is required for you wife, children or steward to move in. You will still be able to move in... obviously.

CREDITS

Thanks to 'alexellson' for the video of the house. Be sure to like and subscribe on YouTube.

Hope you enjoy this mod.
Thanks :)

Rather nicely done! I noticed the mannequins tend to move about the house when exiting and re-entering the house (creepy).
