Corrosion: Cold Winter Waiting is a dark, shocking, and fear charged mystery horror game, that casts the player in the role of Sheriff Alex Truman as he attempts to piece together the origins of a disturbed and unidentified car crash victim.

Set entirely underneath an idyllic country farmhouse, in the deserted and claustrophobic confines of a mysterious and secret underground complex, players will explore a place nobody knew existed, and uncover a twisted past that gets more and more terrifying with every corner turned, every door opened, and every note read.

What happened beneath Cold Winter Farm? What does it have to do with the stranger, who survived a terrible crash, only to sit and mutter the farm's name? And if the place is supposed to be deserted, who keeps opening the doors?

Backed by atmospheric pre-rendered 3D scenes, and a chilling yet beautiful score, Corrosion: Cold Winter Waiting weaves a tangled and brutal tale of love, revenge, jealousy, and bitter rivalry to create a horror experience that will bring new meaning to the concepts of hope and trust, and leave you questioning whether what you know, is really what you know!

I played all the MYST games, they were interesting and a good experiment in what puzzle games could be. The story here could be enough to drive this game forward, but in todays dev world, when you're not trying to do live action sceen added with CGI, there is no reason to do a pre-rendered atmosphere. Maybe if the screeshots showed hyper photo-realisic scenes that would be one thing .. but from what I see, there is no reason for these graphics to be pre-rendered. Build the level and let the player walk through it, the suspsense and horror will come from the story or helplessness of the situation.

Sorry i have to say no.

This looks like a point and click or a similar kind or game not a first person horror. Ill have to wait for a proper gameplay.

Nice enough graphics. I'll support it, we need more FPS horror games, anyway. Though I admit, I'd love to see an eye of the beholder style horror game one of these days... Will keep an eye on this.

Here is a video with gameplay.I don't think it's worth it though.

Not only - as previously mentioned - are there gameplay video but the screenshots show no sign of gameplay either. No gui, no interaction. AFAIK, this is just shots of 3D rendered rooms and nothing more.

Not many pictures of anything interesting, looks like boring and repeditive. Not even a gameplay video, maybe reconsider putting onto greenlight at this time.

Show me something to CARE about. This atmosphere stuff is not nerely good enough to stand on it's own.
