Imperial Imperialism

So, you've finally become an Empire. Whether through countless hours in-game spent, blood and bodies piled up to the ceiling, or just simply drinking enough to start as Byzantium, you have earned the title of Emperor (or Basilieus, Khan, Caliph e.t.c). One thing you're missing: the Imperialism CB.

Now, just by getting Empire rank, you now get the Imperialism CB to use immediately*. You won't get the pop-up immediately upon game start like with conquests, but it will appear when new nations rise as normal. The option to research Imperialism at Diplomacy tech 23 is still there if one starts as duchies or kingdoms.

*Side effects may include hyper-blobing and World Conquest spam on reddit. Use as directed.
