Welll....there is another way. Running them through the Waifu2x filter seems to help with the noise reduction. I am hoping to be able to do the same with the Quicltime movies in game just to see what it would look like.

It only looks clear because it looks small. If you zoom in, it's blurry and pixelated

how do u get those pictures so clear?
