Note: The only perk for TTT is the 1 credit one. All other perks can be used for any gamemode.

Instructions after you extract this workshop file:
1. Go to pointshop/items.
2. Place folder perks in it.
3. Change map/Restart server.
4. Enjoy.

I believe the problem is because you need a file inside your pointshop folder which let's the pointshop know that there is a new tab to open, perks. the code should look something like....

CATEGORY.Name = 'Perks'
CATEGORY.Icon = 'star'
