Are you sick of all those fancy mansions, flying Dwemer castles and Airships? prefer something simple yet effective? well I present you with Darkwater retreat! a small home build on the river of Darkwater Crossing, inside you have everything you need a chest, wardrobe, and the crafting stations for all your random needs! Even a small fishing boat!

Teh_Cake_Core No, only in game homes can hold children, as well as the harthfire DLC homes

This is neat. I like having multiple player homes in different places around skyrim - so now I can have one in darkwater. Makes exploring the surrounding regions easier when I know I have a place I can crash at at the end of another cave/tomb crawl.
