Shadowrun Fifth Edition Profiles v1.0.1

Description
These are various character portraits that I have found in the Shadowrun Fifth Edition core rulebook. These include the pregenerated characters as well as various other characters found within the pages of the sourcebook. These are free to be used by anyone for their modules as long as credit is given. There are a total of 75 portraits in this pack.

Install Instructions:

1) Go to your '\Steam\userdata\user id\234650\local\ugc' folder.
2) Search for 'sr5_portraits' in that folder.
3) Unzip the file.
4) Move the art folder to your module's main folder. The same folder that houses the 'project.cpack' file and data folder.
5) Reload your module.
6) The portraits should now be available to use with your actors.

Note: the 'user id' section in step 1 is your unique user id number. There is no folder called 'user id'. It'll be a number string.

is there a way to use these in the main game without overwriting one of the default portraits?

This doesn't seem to work, there are also 4 project.cpack locations. putting it in the core shadow run returns location doesn't work.

To get this to work I had to start the game after subscribing, quite the game, locate the file 520fc00839373138210061b4-sr5_profiles.cpz which was (for me) located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(userID)\ugc\234650\referenced\(realy long string of numbers)\contentpacks\. Finally found it after about 10 minutes of searching for the file which is not a zip file but a .CPZ file. Renamed the file extension as .Zip and extracted it that way. Now to copy it over and see if it works.

Doesn't work. Instructions do not work.

@Emperor Akuji The number string is your unique user id number. It's different for everyone, so I don't know what the numbers will be for you.

What is the number string?

anyone else think you should be able to add them without renaming or editing existing ones. you know, like you can in Baldur's Gate? Just saying

@peoples who were trying to use these portraits in their main game, a quick fix: Dump these portraits into your \Steam\SteamApps\common\Shadowrun Returns\Shadowrun_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\seattle\art\portraits or wherever you installed to, and then *rename* one of the existing PC portraits into the one you want.

At first I tried naming the portraits following the game's naming conventions, but just increasing the number, but that didn't work. Renaming it over a portrait I didn't want to use did work though, so yay. There's probably a way to edit the associated \data\portraits file to make the game recognize new portraits, so I'll post if I figure that out.

No sr5_portraits file for me... :(

So I merged the two art folders, but it doesn't show up in game. Do we have to rename the images or something? Or have I missed one spot where I need to put it in. I've merged the art folder in berlin, seattle, and core.
