How to make a spray for Blade Symphony!!!

Introduction

Hello, I am not that great when it comes to fighting in Blade Symphony. Helping people is a lot easier, this Steam guide will tell you how to make your own spray and convert it to the correct file extension that works with Blade Symphony. If you follow this guide closely you can have yourself a spray like mine in no time.

Step 1: Getting the required program

The tool I use to convert my image files is called VTFEdit, which can be downloaded here: VTFedit[nemesis.thewavelength.net]

Download it and install it like you would any other program.

Step 2: Make a spray

Whatever sort of spray you would like to use it is recommended that you use these dimensions whilst making a spray.

• Height: 256
  
• Width: 256

If you use paint, you just need to change the image properties by pressing CTRL+E or by finding it in the drop down menu at the top left corner of the program window.


When you have completed your image that you wish for your spray, save it with whatever extension you want.

I use jpg for my image.

Step 3: Converting the image

Once you have saved your image you will need to open up the program we previously downloaded and installed. Open up VTFedit and IMPORT your image into the program.


Once you have successfully imported your image click file>save as>

save into this directory (where the other Blade Symphony sprays are kept)

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Blade Symphony\berimbau\materials\VGUI\logos\sprays

By doing this you have successfully saved a VTF file into your Blade Symphony sprays folder for your ease and can select it in-game by going to settings>gameplay>spray
