This guide is a simple check-list of items that you should try to complete before starting the league season

Set up Manager Profile *
Choose a League and Team *
Attend Meetings *
Decide on Transfer Budget *
Arrange a Team Meeting to introduce yourself *
Arrange Friendlies *
Set Team Training for Pre-Season*
Assess the First Team Squad and Staff *
Decide on areas in need of improvement *
Decide what tactic you are going to play *
Develop Primary Tactic and Secondary Tactic *
Develop a Shortlist of players *
Attend Backroom Advice Meeting *
Get rid of unwanted staff *
Offer unwanted players to other clubs *
Bid for players and staff *
Set Individual Training for all players *
Develop set pieces and decide on Captain(when transfers are complete) *
