This is practically my config. ENJOY GUYS.


This cvars working for me 100% well just copy and put in userconfig.cfg :D
those are default :

Proper RAtes no lags no fps drops just perfect:

 ex_interp 0.01 can try 0 but  zero is automatic and yours interp will be 0.009 .

 fps_override 0 try put 1 then fps will go higher then 100fps. should go. i havent try. 
 fps_max 99.5  in the cs game u will have 100 fps.

How come this is a guide? It does not explain anything and some cvars (for example: sys_ticrate 1000) can only be used by servers and not by client. This will make no impact on a client.

The only good part is about disableing mouse acceleration but I'm not really sure if it works correctly on win7, because win7 has a built in mouse acceleration that can only be disabled using registry editor. And not everybody will have 100 fps....
