SkyDragon's Waterfall Tower

Description
My home on a cliff side and next to a waterfall. Located between Darkwater Pass and Lost Knife Hideout. Console command to try it out: coc waterfallhome

I made this mod for when I get back to playing Skyrim. I spent a lot of time working on it in my off time and I rather like it soooo... made it public for you in case you need a "one stop shop" for all your household needs including smithing, alchemy, enchantments, displays, plenty of storage, etc.

House is located deep underground and accessed through a tower right next to a waterfall. On the tower there will be smithing/crafting equipment on the roof has well has a great view. The trap door will lead you to the underground nordic ruin converted into a great living space suited to a dragon born traveler that has walked all of Skyrim.

I don't normally make my houses this big but due to limitations of the building kit I used it got a bit bigger then I expected... has well has all the extra spacing out I had to do due to lighting issues with the game. But I really like the Nordic ruins and made the best living space I could out of what was available in game.

There shouldn't be any problems with it beyond some of the mannequins not always being in the correct pose (game bug) or perhaps navmesh issues (also a game bug). I have not gotten back to playing in Skyrim yet so I have not throughly tested my home. I expect to update and/or fix any issues it may have in ze future... but for now... hope ya like it and enjoy.

Well I don't know what to tell ya has I have no issues here. Btw the COC command... used that before loading a save right? To rule out anything wrong with your save file. Far has I know the only issue with mod houses is path NPC's use being messed up (and that has probably been resolved by now). If save file is ruled out then I can only emagine a mod is the problem especially if you don't use a mod manager to completely remove installed mods. I'd like to help but I've no clue to go on sorry...

I'm not sure what's causing the the constant crash's. I checked on my other computer and it's crashing on that one too. I've tried to coc out but still no luck. I've tried changing the position of load order, everything I can think of. I guess I'm gonna have to consider everything the house a loss. I'm starting to wonder if it has anything to do with the latest patch. I've read that with the latest patch a some people have problems with mod houses. I still love the house, but sadly I'm gonna have to unsub. I hope others will have as much fun with this home as I did.

I have not changed anything since release. I know not what could possibly cause skyrim to crash with it. Perhaps a modded item ya stored in it that might ave caused it? =\

First off let me start by saying that I really like this home.

Now to the reason I am here commenting. Have you changed anything within the past few days? Everything was working just fine until yesterday. Now I can only go in, but when I go back out all of Skyrim just shuts down on me. I have completely shut off every mod I have except this one to see if there is an complication and it still boots me out. I have no issues with any of my other mods, just this one. I haven't tested it yet on my other computer to see if I'm still having issues, but it's a bit of a bummer if I have to unsub completely since I have a lot of stuff in that house and I can't seem to get any of it out now.
