Seems cool, havnt played with it on yet, but i agree with @Concrete Rage, I think it should be the winterhold house, and you should have to clear it out of cultists/bandits or something, that would be cool, or just buy it.

The house was already really cool without the full smithing suite so it's not a problem for me since I generally don't do much smithing but there are, ofc, many who do a lot of smithing so they'd definitely appreciate the full smithing utility.

Could probably whip up a basement extension for smithing pretty quick. I'll have a look tomorrow at putting one in. :3 I'll be honest, I completely forgot about smithing while I was making it. :P

Great house, I must say. I love the fact that you put a chest right next to the alchemy and enchanting tables for easy and quick access. Very useful. I have to say, though, it would be great to have a full smithing suite as well because having just the workbench is somewhat limiting. I also like the idea of a small sidequest to gain entry because earning a house feels much better than merely being given one on a silver platter.

That said, the house you have made is great and should you add smithing services (possibly as an extension of the basement?) it would be PERFECT :D

The main purpose here was for me to make sure I understood how to properly build new areas in the Creation Kit. I'll be looking into quest setup and conversations next, so once I get a bit more knowledgable in that field I'd be happy to come back through and update this house, or at the very least include such things in future releases.

I've seen a lot of player houses, but this one looks pretty amazing. I like how it's essentially stuffed into the side of a mountain.

I think a lot of players wouldn't appreciate a free house, though; they'd want to earn it. Could you think about either having the player somehow buy this house, or at least earn it through an arbitrary-yet-difficult quest?
