That said, the house you have made is great and should you add smithing services (possibly as an extension of the basement?) it would be PERFECT :D
The main purpose here was for me to make sure I understood how to properly build new areas in the Creation Kit. I'll be looking into quest setup and conversations next, so once I get a bit more knowledgable in that field I'd be happy to come back through and update this house, or at the very least include such things in future releases.

I think a lot of players wouldn't appreciate a free house, though; they'd want to earn it. Could you think about either having the player somehow buy this house, or at least earn it through an arbitrary-yet-difficult quest?
