Description
The game:
"Ghost of a Tale" is a game in which you play as a little mouse on an adventure. Set in a medieval world populated by animals, the story is a small and intimate one. It starts with the little mouse making his way to the Island Of Periclave, which has long been a disputed outpost for the Army of the Rats. But today, it is reputed to be haunted. Of course tales are talking of a fabulous treasure high up in the Tower of Periclave. But it would be folly to try and get there. Even for a mighty warrior. And the little mouse certainly doesn't look like one...

This is a game rewarding the discovery of secrets, reading journals, jumping and running around, finding clues and overall exploration.

"Ghost of a Tale" is not quite at the stage of a mere concept and yet it is only starting development. Footage of a an alpha version can be seen in the accompanying video. The particularity of this project is that it's being developed by just one person. Yet it strives to achieve a visual quality usually seen in big-budget AAA games.

"Ghost of a Tale" needs to your help in order to become a reality! Please go to:

About the developer:
Lionel "Seith" Gallat is a former Dreamworks supervising animator ("The Prince Of Egypt", "The Road to Eldorado", "Spirit", "Sinbad", "SharkTale", "Flushed-Away", etc...), and more recently he directed the animation on Universal Studios' "Despicable Me" and "The Lorax". And he finds it very strange to write about himself in the third person.

If the game is 20 bucks in EA release, I grab it no matter how far into development.

I'm so hyped since I first saw this game a few years ago. Webpage says release 2015, I almost doubt it, but it would be great.
