actually, its just as good to get both excalibur and excalibur prime, because they are counted as two seperate frames and therefore have two different mastery pools. in laymans terms, with the same playstyle, mod build, and loadout, you can get another hunk of mastery points without really altering anything else.

Wedge, you can have a chance to get Radial Javelin from mods that you pick up in the Infested empire levels. Jupiter has quite a large bit of Infection in it.
