  • Scripted customizable layout
  • 8 scripted and animated drawer trays
  • 24 scripted and animated compartment trays (3 per seat)
  • Fully collidered (over 30 compound colliders)
  • High res tiling materials
  • Raising/Lowering table surface
  • Self contained - can be moved and imported elsewhere
  • Scripted control panel for customization options - no need for buttons on the table itself

Refer to the changelog for updates and important information

Information and usage instructions:

Trays and compartments: just use the buttons on the remote - everything is clearly labelled.
Tip: Give the animations a second or two to fully expand/retract. If an animation gets stuck - no sweat, just press the button again and it will fix itself.

Why animations? - Animations allow the object to be self contained, which brings a multitude of benefits to the table (sorry not sorry), including the flexibility of moving the table between saves without messing about with convoluted scripts. And animations are fun and cool.

Customizable surface: Replace the description of the "GRID REMOTE" with the URL of your custom table image and click "Apply Custom Image" - the script will take care of the rest. Press the "Raise/Lower" button to delete your custom surface and raise the leather surface back up again. Repeat if you want another custom surface.

Currently the surface is set to be interactable = false to prevent it from being accidentally unlocked with L. This comes with the drawback of vector paint not working on it, but if you need a surface to draw on then you can spawn in a custom surface manually or change the line 118 ( object_spawned.interactable = true ) to true.

Link to the custom surface for manual spawning: http://chry.me/up/custom_surface_30x.obj

Raising/Lowering Surface: The leather surface can be lowered and raised to create a lip around the inner border - if that's what you'd like/need.

Extras: If moving the table to another save, position it at 0, --5.75, 0. The floor isn't set to interactable = false, lock it down, delete it or don't, your choice. Script will be touched up when time allows for it. Enjoy.

Surface texture looks fine (great even), and I love the layout of this table. But stuff regularly falls through it, and that kinda of defeats the purpose of having a table.

Best table on here but:

- Please fix the "falling through table bug"
- Add the grid stuff
- Reupload the surface texture

As others have reported, the image link for the table top seems to be missing or the file path has changed.

just wanted to say that it would be so cool if the extendable tables could actually store the items placed on them ... :)

Does anyone have the missing custom_surface_30x.obj and placeholder_custom_surface.jpg in their cache folders?
