Half Life props are not included on this list, I've uploaded them here for you: https://gist.github.com/Codingale/5c81663a896bcd080efbc45c836de3b9
@Jiver
Your models folder is in the garrysmod/garrysmod folder, these are included models inside of a Valve PacK file or .VPK, in This case the Garry's Mod models are inside of "garrysmod_dir.vpk" and half life is stored in the hl2 models are in garrysmod\sourceengine and inside of "hl2_misc_dir.vpk"
The IDs of addons are in the URL of the addon, if you mean models those are inside the addon and are a bit harder to find:
Workshop addons, with no github, you'll have to ask the uploader, or download it and check the GMA you can lookup "how to extract an addon with gmad", or ask for help in the Garry's Mod Discord.
If you mean something else, I have no idea how else I can assist you, just ask the Garry's Mod Discord.
Not really, I wrote a program to just look at the game files and make it into a list based on the final folder path i.e. \models\props_phyx\gears\ somemodel.mdl
