Wield the sword based on the dunk himself. VIDEOGAMEDUNKEY! Hear him yell DUNDER KILL when you attack and hear his amazing beat boxing skills while you hold this legendary weapon in your hands. Or just take a dunkey stroll. Heres the link to this amazing youtuber's page. The sword is located in the place dunkey ends up after the end of his last adventure as skyman. Cidhna mine. Oh dunkey youve gone and gotten arrested after slicing people up to that epic song which can still be heard across the mine.

I found it. For those who are wondering you don't actually go to jail you walk into the mine from inside the town and it will be on the floor in the middle.
