Maybe too late, but delete "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\update" and try it again. And don't forget to move back the "update" folder once you finish.

Also the snd_updateaudiocache command doesnt crash the game but it didnt work for lfd1 survivors

for some reason it crashes whenever i try to do the snd_rebuildaudiocache command i tried removing all the mods and verifying game cache even uninstalled it multiple times but it still crashes even when i have the regular survivor voicelines instead of the mods

@Relic makes axis OP how where did you find the miul one?

works but doesn't have more options like thank you or no or argh like the miul one.

For those who do not know, since it isn't stated in the desc, you need to use a program called GCFscape to actually replace the files since for some reason most voice mods don't replace the files anymore and simply add them into your game. It's a fairly simple process but gets tedious and repetitive if you're someone who switches up their mods from time to time.
