Description
after some Development time, i bring to the Reassembly community:

the Voidcallers!
This faction mainly uses long rang lasers and missiles, but has some interesting cannon-type weaponry. the ships have rather frail armor, but to make up for this, every ship can teleport for a somehwat small energy cost. Has two variants of armor, but no independant shields.

This mod features:
Weapons:
-Void Lasers: High Powered, long range Turreted pulse lasers; two sizes
-Void Lances: Spinal charging lasers; two sizes
-Void Edge Projectors: shotgun type cannons with a bit of kick to them; two sizes
-Void Missiles: basic missiles, nothing too special here; two variants
-Swarm Missile Bay: designed to swarm enemy ships with small missiles,each missile is weak individually but pack a punch in high numbers.
-Missile Drone Bay: launches drones, which launch Missiles! the missiles they launch are weakened Void Missiles.with enough drones, the battlefield will be filled with an egregious amount of missiles.
-Spacial Disruptor: Spinal cannon that shoots 4, high damage shots. expensive.
-Void Buster:Superweapon. Shoots 15, extremely high damage shots, hard to hit due to it's somewhat slow velocity and high recoil.
-PD subsystem: scaled down Void Laser for use as a PD weapon.

Misc:
-Generators: generates a decent amount of energy, and stores a lot as well. comes with it's own shield; two sizes.
-Energy Compression Unit: Stores an insane amount of energy for a slight energy cost. used on larger craft to enable them to teleport more easily. expensive.
-Black Hole Generator: Powerful R collector.
-Reaction Wheel: Small, Powerful, and cheap torquer if you don't like turning thrusters.
-Void Light: cosmetic item.technically a usable tractor, but with 10 range, it's not very useful ourside of cosmetic use.
-Command Module: Comes with basic energy requirements, a shield, and teleporter. can technically function on it's own(allowing for easy getaways should you core be seperated with the rest of your ship), although this is generally not reccomended.

UPDATE: after some major changes to some important values(i.e. faction ID, etc.) any previous save may very well be broken. regenerating the world will not work, you'll need to start a new save. sorry for any inconvenience.

Grossly overpowered. Not great for any player's who faction spawns near Voidcallers, you WILL get wrecked each time.

jesus, combined with a mod that broke the p cap, I created a massive citadel loded with every weapon imajinable. It is beautiful.

I just noticed that the smoke from launching the Nhile's missiles forms a smiley face before dissipating.

Wait, can I put multiple Command Modules into my craft (I mean, can I get one more Command Module from the block palette?)? Because the situation of "one dreadnought turning into 2 dreadnoughts because of geting cut in half" is rather fun.

Please, can you help me ? I have tried different mod who give a new faction, but all spawn me at the edge of the map with one station (who dissapear when i die and respawn):steamsad:

yes, the top left is considered the "top" of the load order,and the bottom right is considered the "bottom".
